INSTRUCTOR TESTING REQUIREMENTS

The testing of a Khanomtom Muay Thai Khru (trainer) is drawn out over a period of time. He or She is closely monitored by Khanomtom representatives and judged by their interaction with students as well as their ability to proficiently teach the Khanomtom curriculum in detail.

Junior Trainer

(minimum Level 1 Nak Muay Test required)

The Junior trainer program is available to those Level 1 or higher students who wish to help teach beginner students, conduct introductory lessons and prepare fighters for their competitons. This program is available upon request. A positive work ethic and particular pad holding skill is required. The junior trainer program is ideal for those who wish to become instructors and will springboard you into instructor candidacy. We appreciate the effort to assist us in maintaining and progressing success and you will be awarded for your efforts.


Level 1 Teacher (Apprentice Instructor): Jad Neung Khru Muay
(minimum 1 year training required before test)

-Knowledge of all Entry Level and Level 1 curriculum material
-all of Wai Khru / Ram Muay
...required before test
test consists of:
submit 1 hour organized lesson plan / teach 15 min. of class / test level 1 nak muay candidate[certificate and Mongkhon awarded]
Level 2 Teacher (Apprentice Instructor): Jad Sorng Khru Muay
(minimum 2 year training / 1 year teaching required before test)
-At least 3 amateur Muay Thai fights
-Knowledge of all Entry Level - Level 2 curriculum material
-Wai Khru / Ram Muay
-Florida St. Boxing Comm. Trainer's License
...required before test
test consist of:
accumulation of 24 hrs. minimum teaching Entry Level classes / test minimum 5 Level 1 nak muay candidates /
test level 2 nak muay candidate
Level 3 Teacher (Full Instructor): Jad Sarm Khru Muay
(minimum 3 years training/ 2 years teaching required before test)
-At least 1 month training in Thailand
-At least 1 fight in Thailand
-Knowledge in detail of all curriculum material
-wai khru / ram muay
-Florida St. Boxing Comm. Trainer's license

test consist of:
accumulation of minimum 50 hrs. teaching all Level classes / Test minimum 10 Level 1 and/or 2 nak muay candidates/ Test Level 3 nak muay Candidate
 

Senior Instructor: Khanomtom Khun Khru Muay

(minimum 10 years training / 6 years teaching)
