PROPRIETARY RIGHTS/RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Unless otherwise specified, all information and content included on the Website are the sole property of Tampa Muay Thai. Except as otherwise required or limited by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without Tampa Muay Thai’s express written consent or the express written consent of the copyright owner.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZES
Members may request to freeze their account for 30 days. To request an account freeze go to http://tampamt.com/freeze/ and submit the filled out form. A freeze takes effect on your next regular billing date. You will see one additional payment, which will be added as a credit to your account and applied to regular dues once the freeze expires. An account cannot be cancelled while frozen.
Terms of account freezes:
- Account freezes are a courtesy, and in no way affect/negate the terms of the original agreement.
- Account must be in good standing before a freeze can take effect.
- Account will automatically reactivate after a freeze period expires.
- If a membership is annual, any time frozen will be added to original contract term.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Members may cancel their membership at any time after a 30-day cancellation notice. To give your 30-day cancellation notice go to http://tampamt.com/quit/ and submit the filled out form. There will be 1 final membership charge, per the 30-day advance notice requirement, and that payment can be applied towards:
- 1 final month of access
- Drop-in/Day-pass package
- Private training sessions
- Credit to use in the future
Tampa Muay Thai reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By signing your registration paperwork and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using Tampa Muay Thai facilities and equipment you hereby acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in participating in combat sports programs such as those offered by Tampa Muay Thai. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. You acknowledge that Tampa Muay Thai strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any class. You also acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. You further acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another and could include but are not limited to : (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; and (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions.
You hereby consent to receive from any licensed hospital, physician, or medical personnel any medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in the Activity. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation.
You agree to comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety rules and verbal instructions given by Tampa Muay Thai’s trainers and staff.
NON-MARKETING PURPOSES
Tampa Muay Thai greatly respects your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues and/or changes to Tampa Muay Thai’s products and services).

Please rest assured that this site will only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide to us by way of surveys, completed membership forms and emails. It is the intent of this website to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested.
