As an authentic Muay Thai gym in the heart of Tampa, we bring you over a century of combined trainer experience by a team with an extensive fight record from all over North America, Europe and Thailand. BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

BJJ is an incredibly effective self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. Here, at Tampa Muay Thai, we collaborate with South Tampa Jiu-Jitsu & MMA to bring you a top class No Gi Jiu-Jitsu program. Under the leadership of coach Armando, you will be taught in a safe and structured environment to defend yourself from opponents by utilizing proper technique and leverage. Want to put your grappling skills to the test? Our BJJ team competes too!

KIDS MUAY THAI

For ages 6 and up, our Kids Muay Thai program teaches your little ones all about stand up striking whilst cultivating respect, team work, discipline, focus and responsibility. In addition, they will learn life-long healthy habits and build a “can do” state of mind.

FIGHT TEAM

Led by David “Dato” Gogichaishvili, our fight program will put you on the right track. Lots of sparring, smokers and amateur fights for advanced students, and pro fights for those pursuing a fighting career. Want to compete locally, domestically or internationally? We got you covered.

PRIVATE TRAINING

We build custom training programs, individually tailored to student’s needs and goals. From throwing your first kick, all the way to prepping for a fight. Our trainers will give you the tools you need to succeed.

FITNESS / STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Have a day where you want to train without a partner? Jump into our Muay Thai Fit or Strength & conditioning classes. Under the guidance of a trainer, we balance Muay Thai cardio training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training to give you a workout that is fun and delivers results.
