Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book a class, sign a waiver, or purchase a membership, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone, emergency contact, date of birth (where required for waivers), and payment information processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers. We see aggregated visit counts, referrers, and pages — nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not sell your data.

Advertising measurement

We advertise with Google Ads and use Google's measurement tag to understand how our ads perform — for example, whether someone who clicked an ad later booked a free class or contacted us. In regions that require consent, advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner; where you reject them, Google receives only limited, cookieless measurement signals. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their privacy policy. Refunds are available within reason — contact us at hello@tampamuaythai.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@tampamuaythai.com. We honor all such requests within 30 days.
