Who we are

These terms apply to Tampa Muay Thai, 3111 E 3rd Ave, Tampa, FL 33605, and to this website, our booking system and our member area. By creating an account, booking a class or buying a membership you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login private. Accounts are personal — memberships, class credits, packs and passes may not be shared or transferred unless we agree in writing.

Bookings

Class spots are limited and booked first come, first served. Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Membership Policy. We may cancel or reschedule a class when a coach is unavailable, for facility maintenance, or in severe weather; in that case any credit used is returned to your account.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable tax where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card number. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled.

Assumption of risk

Muay Thai and strength training are physical contact activities that carry a real risk of injury. Every participant must sign our waiver before training and must disclose medical conditions that affect safe participation.

Conduct

Our Gym Rules are part of these terms. We may suspend or end a membership for harassment, violence outside of supervised training, repeated rule violations, or non-payment.

Changes

We may update these terms, our schedule and our prices. Material changes are posted here and, for active members, sent by email before they take effect.
